I was taught early that to be successful in any people-oriented business you have to provide outstanding customer service. Licensed as a Realtor in 2006, I enjoy helping people achieve their real estate goals. My passion is to provide the best information possible and to help navigate the often complicated process of buying and selling real estate. Good, honest, ethical professionalism as well as plain hard work to continually learn and stay current with our industry is how I accomplish that. My goal is to always keep your best interests at the forefront and to give you the ability to make informed decisions. There is no pressure from me. I believe in building long term relationships and am counting on referrals. Knowledgeable, trustworthy and respected... those are the words my clients use when referring me to friends and family. I will go above and beyond in all aspects of customer service. On a more personal note, I am originally from Springfield, Virginia. I moved to Vail, Colorado in 1987 where my two daughters were born. Our family moved to Whitefish in 1996 where I immediately felt at "home" in this community which so richly shares of its time and resources to continually improve our city and care for others. I love this area and everything that goes with it. Whitefish offers amazing outdoor opportunities and wonderful community. Both my daughters were raised here and went through the Whitefish school system which fully prepared them to succeed in college. We downhill ski (tried snowboarding), x-country ski, snowshoe, bike and hike - not to mention all the days spent on Whitefish Lake - sunning, swimming and boating. Yes, we are blessed. Come to the Flathead Valley and you will be too!

I was flying into the area for a long weekend specifically to house hunt. Leading up to the trip the person we were working with was not providing the service we felt like we needed. So with only a few days before my arrival I called Linda out of the blue to see if she was available. From that first returned call to after closing she was incredible. She handled herself with an impeccable degree of professionalism and integrity. Being new to the area, her knowledge about the subtleties of the market and the differences in neighborhoods was invaluable. Our closing became complicated towards the end, as they almost always seem to. She was in our corner the entire time not only with contract details but on a personal level as well. Linda is exceptionally conscientious. She was always willing to show me anything I thought might meet my needs, as well as properties I wanted to look at just to see where the market was. She said buying a home is a process that includes looking at a lot of property and her job is to help me through that process. Linda is knowledgeable and always up to date on changes to the Real Estate Market. I came here from California in November 2012 to look for houses for retirement. She had already taken my criteria and had been sending me listings of houses on the market. She drove us around to look at my list of houses .. She never once pushed us toward something I did not think fit for me. She told me about each town those houses were in and drove me around bit to get the feel of the towns.<br/><br/>Within 3 days I had found what I wanted and she submitted my bid that day. The other real estate agent was out of town and she got in contact and made it all possible to get it done before I had to leave back to California. She also recommended a Mortgage company in town and set up an appointment so that I could have all that ready before hand, in case I needed additional financing and had a letter of credit from the Bank.<br/><br/>She still keeps in touch with us, and I consider her a friend now.

Linda was an excellent realtor for us. We did not know her before and had found her on the Remax web site as the spotlight Realtor for that day. As soon as I contacted her she was very attentive and was able to provide us with a number of listings. The first house she showed us we loved but she knew that we needed to see others to make our decision. We ended up with the first house and she helped make it a very smooth transition. When it came to inspecting the house after the movers left and cleaned, she found things we didn't that needed extra attention and had it taken care of very promptly. Linda helped us on the sale of 2 properties. The last, in 2013, was a nice lot that we owned on Ashley Lake. Linda is smart, a good communicator and relates well to clients and other agents. She does her research so that she understands what is reasonable pricing and she knows what properties are in competition with yours. Linda is a nice person and a joy to work with.
