Vivian Yoon treats every client like family, serving them with the utmost integrity and honesty. Born and raised in Los Angeles by a mother who is a lighting architect and interior designer, Vivian has been exposed to beautiful homes since she was a child. Her interest in real estate sales was piqued when she worked in the luxury properties division at Christie’s Auction House, and she decided then that brokering them would be her next career. Now, Vivian uses her local knowledge and vast network to give her clients a competitive edge. She is also a seasoned flipper and builder with a comprehensive understanding of the construction industry.
Vivian holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and art history from U.C. Davis and an MBA from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business (USC). She is fluent in Korean, and in her spare time, Vivian helps young women break business barriers through several USC mentorship programs. Vivian also enjoys painting, Pilates, and spending time with her family in her home in Paradise Valley.

I can't emphasize how positive our experience was with Vivian during our research, purchase, and post-purchase journey. As first time investment property buyers with little experience navigating the process, Vivian stepped in and provided deep market knowledge, tactful negotiation skills, strategic financing advice, and most importantly, instilled trust and care every step of the way. Throughout the process, we felt the purchase meant as much, if not more to Vivian than it did to us. We felt Vivian was invested in US as buyers so that we felt great about our first big purchase. This was articulated in her regular and consistent communication with us, the conversations she had on our behalf with the selling agent team and with us. After the purchase, Vivian's support didn't stop there. She ensured that we had a plan of action for ensuring that we could occupy the investment property as well. Vivian's white glove service, her patience to educate us (any time of day/night!), and attentiveness was exactly what we needed to secure the investment property of our dreams. We are SO grateful for Vivian. She is genuine, thoughtful, and was incredible to work with. Throughout our home buying journey, we felt she had our best interests in mind and were constantly guided by her deep knowledge and insight. Buying a home can often be an emotional rollercoaster but thanks to Vivian we felt safe and steady throughout the process. If you want someone trustworthy, knowledgeable, and overall, just a gem of a person, we highly recommend Vivian. We could not be more thrilled with the experience!

As a first-time homebuyer, I wanted to be sure to work with a real estate agent that was knowledgeable about the market, responsive, and most importantly, had an opinion. Vivian (and her team) were all of those things and more. They made the process of finding a home feel (almost) stress-free. Even after we found our home, Vivian continued to provide guidance and fought for concessions with the other side that I never would have thought to ask for. And she did all this despite being pregnant and after giving birth! I couldn't have asked for a better agent. I’m sad the journey is over.
